Today I ended up worrying Bee and Jim by saying I wasn’t okay. There was no reason to feel that way; I had a great weekend and there are no dramas in my life. I think I am just tired out. So I am using Yoga with Adriene’s motto “Find What Feels Good”. I need to remember what makes me feel like me and I’ll be in a better mood again.
This afternoon when we got home, I got straight into my pyjamas, watched some episodes of Breaking Bad and made some yummy Peanut Butter Cookies for my breakfast’s next week. I am going to get up most mornings and do some yoga, and if I feel like I need more sleep, well then I’ll listen to my body and sleep!
