Not really sure how to take a good picture of houmous, but there you go.
1 tin of chickpeas
Squeeze of lemon juice (your choice for the amount!)
1 garlic bulb, crushed
1 heaped teaspoon tahini
Blend the chickpeas, garlic and lemon juice together in a bowl. Add a dash of water and stir in the tahini.
I will be eating this with carrot sticks or some home made bread for snacks at work. Yum!
